How do I suspend my account?

To suspend your account you'll need to log into BlastWizard and take the following steps:

http://ss.blastwizard.com/

Click on "MY ACCOUNT" on the left
Click on "BILLING"
Scroll down to "CHANGE MY PLAN"
Change the drop down to "SUSPEND MY SERVICE PLAN"
Click on "UPDATE ACCOUNT"

You will not be charged from the following month. You will receive an email confirming the suspension of your account.

Whenever you would like to resume your email marketing services, simply visit the Billing Page and select a plan thats suitable and you are good to go again !
