How does 'Update Salesforce' work?

When you send out an email job, BlastWizard tracks feedback data about the job such as delivery status, opens and clicks. BlastWizard writes certain essential details back into Activity History section of your Lead/ Contact so that you can have this information for immediate reference in each Lead/Contact record.

The update happens when you click on 'Update Salesforce' link. When you click on this link BlastWizard scoops out all the data and writes it back. Remember that BlastWizard is constantly collecting data even on jobs that have been sent a couple of days ago, if people are still opening / clicking on link in your email. All data collected so far will be written back to Salesforce.com.
