How long can I access my job on BlastWizard?

How long after I sent my job can I continue to access the reporting?

Answer

We archive a job 3 months after it is completed. At this point we archive all data related to the job including reporting information.

If for some reason, you need to unarchive the job, please contact onlinesupport@boomerang.com and we will be happy to help you with that.
