I send emails to both leads & contacts. Should I have two different creatives and set up two different jobs if I want to personalize the emails with the recipients name?

So if you are sending to leads & contacts , you can include the lead and contact merge codes in the same creative. When BlastWizard sends out the emails, it recognizes if its a lead or a contact and merges only the corresponding name.

Ex: `merge:lead_firstname`merge:contact_firstname

Notice that there is no space between the two merge fields
