QuestionI use a SFDC Professional Edition. Are there any restrictions to my BlastWizard integration? AnswerAs you may be aware SFDC Professional Edition, being at the lower end of their Editions, has some restrictions. We have compiled a list of things that you might want to check so that your BlastWizard integration is smooth. 1. Check if you have the Campaign Features on Professional Edition. Salesforce.com Professional Edition comes without Campaign Features. Campaing Features can be purchased as an add on feature. We highly recommend the Campaigns feature so that you can organized your recipient list in SFDC and use the same within BlastWizard. 2. Check if all the Boomerang fields are 'visible' in the Task Layout. BlastWizard creates its own custom fields in the Task tab so that we can update the Activity History tab for each lead & contact are updated back into salesforce. In the professional edition, please ensure that you have all these fields added to the Task Page Layout and are visible. Salesforce.com has a restriction that you need to have these fields added to the Task Layout for integrating apps to write data back to it.
