What are the different options to setup to choose my recipients?

BlastWizard offers a number of ways in which you can select the recipients for your campaign, so that you can combine different sources of recipients into one campaign. You can combine an external list with existing leads and contacts imported from your SFDC account or use just your salesforce campaigns.
